HostXio-এ স্বাগতম। আমরা আমাদের গ্রাহকদের জন্য নির্ভরযোগ্য হোস্টিং, ডোমেইন এবং ডিজিটাল সেবা সহজ ও স্বচ্ছভাবে প্রদান করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
এই শর্তাবলী HostXio এবং আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, হোস্টিং, ডোমেইন ও অন্যান্য সেবা ব্যবহারকারী গ্রাহকদের মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য একটি চুক্তির ভিত্তি হিসেবে কাজ করে।
HostXio-এর কোনো পণ্য বা সেবা ক্রয়, ব্যবহার অথবা অ্যাকাউন্ট পরিচালনা করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এই শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন। আমাদের কোনো সেবা ব্যবহার বা ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর সঙ্গে সম্মত হচ্ছেন বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
সেবাসমূহ
HostXio সম্মত মেয়াদ এবং নির্ধারিত মূল্যের ভিত্তিতে গ্রাহকদের জন্য হোস্টিং, ডোমেইন এবং অন্যান্য নির্বাচিত ডিজিটাল সেবা প্রদান করে।
আমাদের সেবার মূল্য এবং প্রযোজ্য চার্জ অর্ডার করার সময় স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়। কোনো গোপন বা অপ্রকাশিত চার্জ আরোপ করা আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য নয়।
সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
- সকল গ্রাহককে তাদের অ্যাকাউন্টের স্টোরেজ, ব্যান্ডউইথ এবং অন্যান্য নির্ধারিত রিসোর্স ব্যবহারের পরিমাণ নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ করতে হবে।
- কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট নির্ধারিত রিসোর্স সীমা অতিক্রম করলে HostXio প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অ্যাকাউন্ট আপগ্রেড, অতিরিক্ত রিসোর্স গ্রহণ অথবা ব্যবহার কমানোর পরামর্শ দিতে পারে।
- কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট বারবার নির্ধারিত রিসোর্স সীমা অতিক্রম করলে HostXio সেবার স্থিতিশীলতা ও অন্যান্য গ্রাহকের নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
- HostXio আমাদের দায়িত্ব, প্রযুক্তিগত সক্ষমতা এবং প্রযোজ্য সেবা সীমার মধ্যে থেকে গ্রাহকের সমস্যা সমাধানের জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রচেষ্টা করবে।
- প্রথম মাসের মধ্যে কোনো দিনে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করা হলেও আংশিক মাসের ভিত্তিতে বিল সমন্বয় করা হবে না। প্রথম মাসের সম্পূর্ণ চার্জ প্রযোজ্য থাকবে।
সেবা প্রদান ও ইনভয়েস
সফলভাবে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে স্বয়ংক্রিয় রসিদ এবং ইনভয়েস প্রদান করা হবে।
ভবিষ্যতের রেফারেন্সের জন্য গ্রাহকদের তাদের ইনভয়েস ও পেমেন্ট রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ফি
নির্দিষ্ট পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করার ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট গেটওয়ে বা প্রসেসরের চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
ফ্রি ডোমেইন শর্তাবলী
কোনো হোস্টিং প্যাকেজের সঙ্গে ফ্রি ডোমেইন অফার থাকলে সেই অফার সংশ্লিষ্ট প্যাকেজের নির্ধারিত শর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- ফ্রি ডোমেইন শুধুমাত্র ১ বছরের প্যাকেজের সঙ্গে প্রযোজ্য।
- ১ মাস, ৩ মাস বা ৬ মাসের প্যাকেজের সঙ্গে ফ্রি ডোমেইন অফার প্রযোজ্য নয়।
- প্রতি অ্যাকাউন্টে শুধুমাত্র একটি ডোমেইন ফ্রি রেজিস্ট্রেশনের জন্য যোগ্য।
- ডোমেইন ট্রান্সফারের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট রেজিস্ট্রারের নিয়ম ও নির্ধারিত অপেক্ষার সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- কোনো রেজিস্ট্রারের নির্ধারিত সময়সীমা বা লক-ইন পিরিয়ড চলাকালীন ডোমেইন ট্রান্সফার করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
ডোমেইন স্থানান্তর
প্রযোজ্য অফার বা প্রচারণার অধীনে গ্রাহক একাধিক ডোমেইন ক্রয় করতে পারেন, যদি সংশ্লিষ্ট অফারের শর্ত তা অনুমোদন করে।
তবে কোনো বিশেষ অফারের অধীনে রেজিস্টার করা ডোমেইন ব্যক্তিগত রিসেলার অ্যাকাউন্টে স্থানান্তর করার ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট অফারের সীমাবদ্ধতা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
সম্পদ ও রিসোর্স ব্যবহার
HostXio-এর শেয়ার্ড হোস্টিং পরিবেশে সার্ভারের স্থিতিশীলতা এবং সকল গ্রাহকের জন্য ন্যায্য পারফরম্যান্স নিশ্চিত করতে নির্দিষ্ট রিসোর্স সীমা প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
উপরের সীমাগুলো স্ট্যান্ডার্ড রিসোর্স নির্দেশ করে। নির্দিষ্ট প্যাকেজ অনুযায়ী রিসোর্স সীমা কম বা বেশি হতে পারে।
Cron Job
Cron Job সাধারণভাবে প্রতি ৩০ মিনিটে একবারের বেশি চালানো যাবে না, যদি সংশ্লিষ্ট স্ক্রিপ্ট বা প্যাকেজের জন্য আলাদাভাবে অনুমোদিত না থাকে।
ইমেইল ব্যবহার
প্রতি ব্যবহারকারী প্রতি cPanel অ্যাকাউন্টে প্রতি ঘণ্টায় সর্বোচ্চ ১০টি ইমেইল পাঠানোর সীমা প্রযোজ্য।
হোস্টিং ব্যবহারের সীমা
- হোস্টিং অ্যাকাউন্ট নির্ধারিত ওয়েবসাইট এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট বৈধ ফাইল সংরক্ষণের কাজে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
- ওয়েব হোস্টিং মূলত ওয়েবসাইটের জন্য এবং ইমেইল সেবা ইমেইল ব্যবহারের জন্য।
- ওয়েব হোস্টিং অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করে পেশাদার বা ব্যাপক আকারের স্প্যামিং ইমেইল পরিচালনা করা যাবে না।
রিফান্ড নীতি
স্থগিতকরণ ও বাতিলকরণ
HostXio নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে কোনো সেবা বা অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত বা স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে:
- এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করা হলে
- Acceptable Use Policy অমান্য করা হলে
- অতিরিক্ত বা ক্ষতিকর রিসোর্স ব্যবহার করা হলে
- নির্ধারিত পেমেন্ট সময়মতো সম্পন্ন না হলে
- সেবা বা সার্ভারের নিরাপত্তার জন্য ঝুঁকি তৈরি হলে
- অবৈধ বা ক্ষতিকর কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা হলে
গ্রাহক সেবা
HostXio-এর গ্রাহক সেবা দল ব্যবসায়িক সময়ে ফোন, ইমেইল এবং অনলাইন চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে সেবা-সংক্রান্ত সমস্যায় সহায়তা প্রদান করে।
কোনো সমস্যা দেখা দিলে দ্রুত ও কার্যকরভাবে সমাধানের জন্য গ্রাহকদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময়ের মধ্যে HostXio Support-কে বিষয়টি জানাতে হবে।
সমস্যা সমাধানের সময় নির্ভর করতে পারে সমস্যার ধরন, প্রযুক্তিগত জটিলতা, তৃতীয় পক্ষের নির্ভরতা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তদন্তের ওপর।
মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও চার্জ
HostXio-এর ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত সেবার মূল্য সাধারণভাবে নির্ধারিত এবং আলোচনাসাপেক্ষ নয়, যদি কোনো নির্দিষ্ট অফার বা চুক্তিতে ভিন্নভাবে উল্লেখ না থাকে।
প্রযুক্তিগত পরিবর্তন, রেজিস্ট্রি বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের মূল্য পরিবর্তন, অবকাঠামোগত খরচ অথবা অন্যান্য অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে ভবিষ্যতে সেবার মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে মূল্য পরিবর্তনের বিষয়ে গ্রাহকদের যথাযথভাবে অবহিত করা হবে।
বিলম্বিত পেমেন্ট
কোনো ইনভয়েস নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পরিশোধ করা না হলে প্রযোজ্য বিলম্বিত পেমেন্ট ফি আরোপিত হতে পারে।
পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত করা হতে পারে।
গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার নীতি
HostXio-এর সকল সেবা শুধুমাত্র বৈধ এবং অনুমোদিত উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
হ্যাকিং, ফিশিং, স্প্যামিং, প্রতারণা, ম্যালওয়্যার বিতরণ অথবা অন্য কোনো অবৈধ বা ক্ষতিকর কার্যক্রম HostXio-এর সেবার মাধ্যমে পরিচালনা করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
কোনো অবৈধ কার্যক্রম, নিরাপত্তা আক্রমণ, ফিশিং, স্প্যামিং বা HostXio-এর অবকাঠামো অথবা অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর ক্ষতি করতে পারে এমন কার্যক্রম শনাক্ত হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
নিরাপত্তা
গ্রাহকদের তাদের ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাকাউন্ট, পাসওয়ার্ড এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট অ্যাক্সেস তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
দুর্বল পাসওয়ার্ড, পুরোনো সফটওয়্যার, অসুরক্ষিত প্লাগইন, ভুল কনফিগারেশন বা ব্যবহারকারীর অবহেলার কারণে কোনো নিরাপত্তা সমস্যা সৃষ্টি হলে তার জন্য HostXio দায়ী থাকবে না।
চুক্তি ও শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন
HostXio প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
কোনো পরিবর্তন করা হলে হালনাগাদ শর্তাবলী আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
পরিবর্তন প্রকাশের পর HostXio-এর সেবা ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখার মাধ্যমে আপনি প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে হালনাগাদ শর্তাবলীর সঙ্গে সম্মত হয়েছেন বলে বিবেচিত হতে পারেন।

These Terms & Conditions establish the general agreement between HostXio and customers who access, purchase or use our website, hosting, domain and other services.
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any HostXio service. By purchasing or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms where applicable.
Services
HostXio provides hosting, domain and other selected digital services for the agreed service period and at the applicable price displayed at the time of purchase.
We aim to keep our pricing transparent and do not intentionally add hidden or undisclosed charges.
General Terms
- Customers are responsible for regularly monitoring their storage, bandwidth and other allocated resource usage.
- If an account exceeds its allocated resources, HostXio may contact the customer with options such as upgrading the account or reducing resource usage.
- Repeated or excessive resource usage may result in temporary suspension where necessary to protect server stability and other customers.
- HostXio will make reasonable efforts to resolve service-related issues within our responsibility, technical capability and applicable service limits.
- If an account is cancelled at any time during its first month, the full first-month charge remains applicable and will not be prorated.
Service Delivery & Invoices
After a successful payment, an automated receipt and invoice may be issued through our system where applicable.
Customers are encouraged to retain their invoices and payment records for future reference.
Payment Gateway Fees
Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method used and the charges imposed by the relevant payment gateway or processor.
Free Domain Terms
Where a free domain offer is included with a hosting package, the offer is subject to the conditions associated with that package.
- A free domain is available only with eligible one-year hosting packages.
- Free domain offers do not apply to one-month, three-month or six-month packages.
- Only one domain per account is eligible for free registration.
- Domain transfers are subject to the rules and applicable waiting periods of the relevant registrar.
- A domain may not be transferable during a registrar-imposed lock or restricted period.
Domain Transfers
Customers may purchase multiple domains under applicable promotional offers where permitted by the relevant offer terms.
However, domains registered under certain promotional offers may not be eligible for transfer to a personal reseller account where the offer specifically restricts such transfers.
Resource Usage
Shared hosting accounts may be subject to resource limits to maintain server stability and fair performance for all customers.
The above figures represent standard resource limits. Specific limits may vary depending on the hosting package.
Cron Jobs
Cron Jobs may not run more frequently than once every 30 minutes unless a specific script or package is otherwise permitted.
Email Usage
A maximum of 10 emails per hour may be sent per user per cPanel account.
Hosting Usage
- Hosting accounts may be used for websites and legitimate website-related files.
- Web hosting is intended for websites, while email services are intended for email usage.
- Hosting accounts may not be used for professional, bulk or spam email operations.
Refund Policy
Suspension & Termination
HostXio reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a service or account when necessary, including in cases involving:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Violation of acceptable use requirements
- Excessive or harmful resource usage
- Failure to complete required payments
- Security risks affecting our infrastructure
- Illegal or harmful activities
Customer Support
HostXio customer support assists with service-related issues through available support channels such as phone, email and online chat during business hours.
Customers should report service issues to HostXio within a reasonable time so that we can investigate and work toward an effective resolution.
Resolution times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue, technical requirements and third-party dependencies.
Pricing & Charges
Prices displayed on the HostXio website are generally fixed and non-negotiable unless a specific offer, promotion or agreement states otherwise.
Prices may change due to infrastructure costs, registry or third-party price changes, technical requirements or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where applicable, customers will be informed of significant pricing changes through appropriate communication or updated service information.
Late Payments
If an invoice is not paid by its due date, an applicable late payment fee may be charged.
The related service may also be suspended until the outstanding payment is completed.
Acceptable Use Policy
All HostXio services must be used only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
Hacking, phishing, spamming, fraud, malware distribution or any other illegal or harmful activity through HostXio services is strictly prohibited.
Any illegal activity, security attack, phishing, spam operation or activity that may harm HostXio infrastructure or other users may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affected service.
Security
Customers are responsible for securing their websites, accounts, passwords and related access credentials.
HostXio is not responsible for security breaches or damage resulting from weak passwords, outdated software, vulnerable plugins, incorrect configuration or customer negligence.
Changes to These Terms
HostXio reserves the right to modify, revise or update these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.
Updated terms will be published on our website when changes are made.
Where applicable, continued use of HostXio services after updated terms are published may be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
