HostXio রিফান্ড ও বাতিলকরণ নীতি

HostXio থেকে কোনো পণ্য বা সেবা ক্রয়ের পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের রিফান্ড ও বাতিলকরণ নীতিটি মনোযোগ সহকারে পর্যালোচনা করুন।

HostXio বা আমাদের অংশীদারদের মাধ্যমে প্রদত্ত কোনো সেবা ব্যবহার বা ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই নীতিতে বর্ণিত প্রযোজ্য শর্তাবলীর সঙ্গে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

রিফান্ড নীতি

সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড আবেদন

আমাদের কোনো সেবায় সমস্যা দেখা দিলে প্রথমে HostXio Support-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের মাধ্যমে সমস্যাটি সমাধান করা সম্ভব না হলে, ক্রয়ের প্রথম ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করা যেতে পারে।

১৫ দিনের সময়সীমা

ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১৫ দিন অতিবাহিত হওয়ার পর কোনো রিফান্ড আবেদন প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হবে না।

ডোমেইন ও তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা

ডোমেইন নাম (.COM, .NET, .ORG ইত্যাদি), SSL Certificate, Domain Transfer-In Fee, Domain Transfer-Out Fee, Business ও Enterprise Email Service, Google Workspace এবং HostXio-এর মাধ্যমে তৃতীয় পক্ষের কোম্পানি থেকে সরবরাহ করা অন্যান্য পণ্য বা সেবার জন্য কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

কোনো সেবা মাত্র এক ঘণ্টা ব্যবহার করা হলেও অথবা একেবারেই ব্যবহার না করা হলেও, এই শ্রেণির পণ্য বা সেবা রিফান্ডের আওতায় আসবে না।

প্যাকেজের বাইরে থাকা সেবা

আপনার নির্বাচিত প্যাকেজে স্পষ্টভাবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয় এমন কোনো সেবা বা পণ্য না পাওয়ার কারণে অসন্তুষ্ট হয়ে রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করলে তা রিফান্ডের ভিত্তি হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে না।

Account Credit Balance

কোনো গ্রাহক নিজ উদ্যোগে তার HostXio অ্যাকাউন্টে Credit Balance যোগ করলে সেই ব্যালেন্স শুধুমাত্র নতুন সেবা ক্রয় অথবা বিদ্যমান সেবা নবায়নের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

Account Credit Balance কোনোভাবেই নগদে উত্তোলন বা রিফান্ড করা যাবে না।

VPS ও Dedicated Server

VPS অথবা Dedicated Server সেবার জন্য কোনো অবস্থাতেই রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

অতিরিক্ত ফি ও কাস্টম সেবা

Payment Gateway Fee বা Transaction Charge, Custom Software, Software Installation Fee, Setup Fee, Migration Fee (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়), Paid Control Panel Fee এবং Software License Fee রিফান্ডের আওতায় পড়বে না।

বিশেষ অফার ও প্রচারণা

বিশেষ অফার, Promotional Campaign বা Discounted Offer-এর অধীনে প্রদান করা কোনো পণ্য বা সেবা, Shared Hosting এবং VPS সহ, রিফান্ডের আওতায় পড়বে না।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ Promotional বা Special Offer-এর অধীনে ক্রয় করা সেবা থেকে রিফান্ড দাবি করা যাবে না।

প্যাকেজের বাইরে থাকা সেবা

আপনার অনুরোধকৃত প্যাকেজে স্পষ্টভাবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয় এমন কোনো সেবা না পাওয়ার কারণে স্বেচ্ছায় কোনো সেবা বাতিল করলে সেই বাতিলকরণ রিফান্ডের জন্য যোগ্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে না।

শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন

কোনো ব্যবহারকারী HostXio-এর Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy অথবা অন্য কোনো প্রযোজ্য নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘন করলে তার রিফান্ড আবেদন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

Renewal Payment

কোনো সেবার নবায়নের জন্য সম্পন্ন করা Renewal Payment-এর ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

অপব্যবহারের কারণে বাতিল বা স্থগিতকরণ

কোনো ব্যবহারকারীর প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ কার্যকলাপের কারণে যদি তার অ্যাকাউন্ট অপব্যবহারের জন্য স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হয়, তাহলে সেই ব্যবহারকারীর কোনো সেবার জন্য রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

আপটাইম ও নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের পরিস্থিতি

HostXio আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা কোনো পরিস্থিতির কারণে সম্মত 99.9% Uptime অথবা অন্য কোনো নির্দিষ্ট সেবা-সংক্রান্ত অঙ্গীকার পূরণ করতে ব্যর্থ হলে এবং কোনো গ্রাহক সেই সেবা বিঘ্নের কারণে রিফান্ড দাবি করলে, সেই রিফান্ড অনুরোধ বৈধ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে না।

এ ধরনের রিফান্ড অনুরোধ প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে বাতিল করা হবে।

নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের পরিণতি

এই রিফান্ড ও বাতিলকরণ নীতি, Terms & Conditions অথবা HostXio-এর অন্য কোনো নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম, প্রবিধান বা নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘন করলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

HostXio কোনো নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে পরিস্থিতির গুরুত্ব অনুযায়ী পূর্ব নোটিশসহ অথবা প্রয়োজনে পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই সংশ্লিষ্ট অ্যাকাউন্ট বা সেবা স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

HostXio Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before purchasing any product or service from HostXio, please carefully review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By purchasing or using any service provided by HostXio or our service partners, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms described in this policy.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Refund Requests for Service Issues

If you experience an issue with one of our services, please contact HostXio Support first. If the issue cannot be resolved through our support process, a refund request may be submitted within the first 15 days of purchase where applicable.

15-Day Refund Period

Refund requests will not be processed after 15 days from the original purchase date.

Domains & Third-Party Services

Domain names (.COM, .NET, .ORG and others), SSL Certificates, Domain Transfer-In Fees, Domain Transfer-Out Fees, Business and Enterprise Email Services, Google Workspace, and any other products or services supplied through third-party providers are non-refundable.

This remains applicable even if the service has been used for only one hour or has not been used at all.

Services Outside Your Package

A refund request based on dissatisfaction with a product or service that was not explicitly included in your selected package will not be considered a valid basis for a refund.

Account Credit Balance

If a customer voluntarily adds credit to their HostXio account, that balance may only be used to purchase new services or renew existing services.

Account credit cannot be withdrawn or refunded under any circumstances.

VPS & Dedicated Servers

VPS and Dedicated Server services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Additional Fees & Custom Services

Payment gateway fees or transaction charges, custom software, software installation fees, setup fees, migration fees where applicable, paid control panel fees and software license fees are non-refundable.

Special Offers & Promotions

Products or services purchased under special offers, promotional campaigns or discounted offers, including Shared Hosting and VPS, are non-refundable.

Important Refunds cannot be claimed for products or services purchased under promotional or special offers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Services Outside the Package

Voluntarily cancelling a service because a product or service not explicitly included in your requested package was not provided does not make the customer eligible for a refund.

Violation of Terms

If a user violates any applicable HostXio Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy or other applicable policy, their refund request will not be accepted.

Renewal Payments

Payments made for the renewal of any service are non-refundable.

Suspension or Termination for Abuse

If a user's account is suspended or terminated due to direct or indirect actions that result in abuse or misuse of our services, no refund will be applicable to any service associated with that user.

Uptime & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If HostXio is unable to meet an agreed 99.9% uptime commitment or another service commitment due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a refund request based on such a service interruption will not be considered valid.

Such refund requests will be cancelled where applicable.

Policy Enforcement

Violation of this Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Terms & Conditions or any other applicable rule, regulation or policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

HostXio reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account or service, with or without prior notice, where reasonably necessary due to a violation of these policies.
